Chef Mandy Bio
Mandilyn Canistelle received her certification as a raw food chef and instructor from Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in California. She has catered and hosted events throughout the world and offered private and group workshops for all ages. Chef Mandy was the host of “The Perfect Snack: Raw Recipes for Quick Snacks On-the-Go,” a segment of “Extraordinary Health,” a Jordan Rubin national weekly television health program. Mandy currently offers hands-on living cuisine workshops for all ages world-wide, private chef sessions and catered events, essential oil and healthy water gatherings and organic produce shares. Mandy has released her first raw food book, The Raw Food Feast: 7 Days through the Rainbow. Her new book shares the most advanced raw culinary techniques and instruction with attention to daily raw food organization through this unforgettable book experience.

Chef Mandy was founded in 2004 (Eating in the Raw) by Mandilyn Canistelle O'Neal. Over the past 6 years we have grown into the successful company that we are today. We have focused our vision on doing what is best for community by providing a variety of programs, classes, and events at discounts or free to the public. We know that by providing our clients and students with the necessities they need and deserve that our community thrive in health and the message will spread. We at Chef Mandy are also committed to the personal development of our students.
